NFABSD corrects the continuing misconception that San Diego's ADU ordinance was just an implementation of state law
In response to a statement by a planning commissioner that the ADU ordinance adopted by San Diego in October 2020 did nothing more than bring the city into conformity with state law, Neighbors For A Better San Diego has submitted the attached letter to correct the record.
